UX Designer
4+ years of UX design experience and a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, and excellent user experience.
You'll bring expert-level experience with design tools such as Sketch (or similar such as Adobe XD, Figma), InVision, Miro, or similar. You care deeply about understanding the pain points of both the client and end-user and, in turn, have a keen ability to produce effective design solutions and have the ability to create solutions specifically for tech and SaaS organizations.UI Designer
5 to 8+ years experience designing responsive websites and/or web apps complimented by an impressive portfolio of relevant design that showcases creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, and excellent user experience.

5 + years experience managing branding and web projects in an agency environment to deliver quality projects/retainers on-time and on-budget ensuring an exceptional client experience along the way.
You can successfully manage a portfolio comprised of a defined set of software clients delivering $1.25 to $1.5 million in projects/retainers per year through the development, maintenance and effective execution of project plans throughout the life of assigned projects. You'll work according to established processes, procedures, and success expectations of a project schedule communicating throughout to ensure the effective exchange of project information and deliverables.

We work onsite to be intentional about optimizing collaboration and creativity on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. (Remote/ Work From Home is optional on Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Workstations include a MacBook and an electric sit-stand desk.
