As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled Sider to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

We are seeking either a motivated and experienced Sider or someone willing to learn- who will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our siding projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in exterior siding installation, be detail-oriented, and committed to delivering top-notch results. .

Key Responsibilities:

• Siding Installation:Perform accurate measurements and calculations to determine material requirements.
• Install various siding materials, including vinyl, wood, and metal, with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and fastening of siding materials for a seamless finish.
• Trim, cut, and shape siding materials as needed to fit corners, windows, doors, and other architectural elements.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect and assess the condition of existing siding and framing structures.

Identify and address any structural issues or damage before installing new siding.

Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, ensuring that the finished product meets or exceeds client expectations.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment. Properly use and maintain tools and equipment, following safety procedures.

Promote a culture of safety among team members and subcontractors.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met. Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sider in the construction or renovation industry.
• Proficiency in using a variety of siding materials and installation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
