This position includes responsibility for both union and non-union staff and offers the opportunity to lead high-performing teams while shaping how Toronto builds and manages its real estate assets for the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champions service transformation by modernizing operating models, methodologies, and digital tools.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in business, public administration, engineering, urban planning, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 10–15 years of progressive senior leadership experience in asset management and capital project delivery, ideally within large, complex organizations.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, financial forecasting, governance, and infrastructure execution.
  • Skilled in leading diverse teams and modernizing service delivery.
