Responsibilities
Deal Discovery & Content Creation
  • Research promotions from various retailers and create beauty-related deal content.
  • Highlight discount details and product features clearly and accurately.
  • Stay sensitive to price changes and product characteristics.Campaign Planning & Promotion
  • Bring creative ideas and provide suggestions based on promotion strategies.
  • Create content that aligns with current trends, events, and news.
  • Promote beauty deals across multiple platforms and channels.
    Data Analysis & Collaboration
  • Use basic Excel and data analysis skills to support daily work.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
  • Ability to work efficiently, multitask, and manage time well;
  • Passion for the beauty industry; knowledgeable about beauty products and deals;
  • Responsible, proactive, energetic, and a strong communicator with solid execution;
  • Strong writing ability, quick learner, and able to work under pressure;
  • 1+ year of experience as a beauty editor is a plus.

数据分析与协作

  • 具备基础 Excel 技能和数据分析能力。
  • 能与团队和跨部门良好沟通,共同完成运营目标。
任职要求:
  • 本科及以上学历;
  • 中英文沟通、读写能力良好;
  • 工作效率高,能同时处理多任务,时间管理强;
  • 热爱美妆行业,了解产品信息,喜欢找折扣;
  • 有责任心、有上进心,性格开朗,沟通顺畅,执行力强;
  • 文字表达能力好,学习快,抗压能力佳;
  • 有一年以上广告行业经验者优先。
