Position Summary
We are looking for a Part Time Stock Specialist to join our team  This position is [an existing vacancy] OR [a brand-new role]. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily boutique operations, product flow, and inventory management while acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand.

A day in the life of a Stock Specialist

  • Ensuring FIFO while maintaining merchandising excellence;
  • Receiving merchandise while ensuring accuracy;
  • Effectively communicating with team and store management;
  • Creating positive brand experience for all stakeholders;
  • Maintaining an exceptionally organized stock room.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Passionate about coffee, sustainability, and eager to expand your knowledge of Nespresso coffees.
  • 1-2 years of experience in stock, warehouse, or similar role
  • Detail oriented with effective time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
  • Health and safety oriented
  • Ability to stand for an entire working day and to repeatedly lift a maximum of 23kgs.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un·e spécialiste café à temps partiel pour rejoindre notre équipe Ce poste est [un poste existant] OU [un tout nouveau rôle]. En tant que membre de l'équipe de stock, l'individu occupant ce rôle sera responsable d'assurer l'écoulement de produits efficace afin de faciliter les opérations quotidiennes, ainsi que gérer l'inventaire tout en agissant en tant qu'ambassadeur·ice de la marque Nespresso.

Un jour dans la vie d'un·e spécialiste de stock

  • Assurer le FIFO tout en maintenant l'excellence de la marchandise;
  • Recevoir la marchandise tout en assurant son exactitude et celle de l'inventaire;
  • Communiquer de façon efficace avec l'équipe et la direction du magasin;
  • Créer une expérience de marque positive pour toutes les parties prenantes;
  • Maintenir une salle de marchandise exceptionnellement organisée.

Ce qui vous permettra de réussir dans le poste

  • Être passionné par le café, le développement durable et avoir le désir d'élargir ses connaissances sur les cafés Nespresso,
  • Avoir 1-2 ans d'expérience en organisation de stock, en entrepôt ou dans an rôle similaire
  • Être soucieux du détail et démontrer des compétences en gestion du temps
  • Maîtriser Microsoft Office et des logiciels d'inventaire
  • Être axé sur la santé et la sécurité
  • Capacité de rester debout pendant une journée de travail entier et de soulever à plusieurs reprises un maximum de 23 kilogrammes.
