Nursing Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Nursing Supervisor in the Ottawa region. Reporting to the Director of Care you will assist in coordinating and implementing resident care, based upon pre-established standards, to ensure quality of life for each individual resident.
Qualifications:
· Current RPN Certificate.
· Possession of current certificate of both CPR and First Aide.
· Must be a competent person as defined by the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
· Experience working with seniors is considered an asset.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain positive and diplomatic relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in planning, coordination, and supervision is highly desirable.
