Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Brampton, ON. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, organizing and maintaining files, assisting in project coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role may also involve preparing reports, handling correspondence, and serving as a point of contact for communication within and outside the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with team members and stakeholders
  • Technical skills, including familiarity with office software and tools
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to multitask
  • Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is advantageous
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred
