FRAME STYLIST (Part-time) - Toronto West End

PHILA OPTICAL is looking for an experienced Frame Stylist with a strong sense of design, a warm and confident presence, and a genuine appreciation for high-end, artfully-crafted eyewear. If you love connecting with people and have a talent for selecting eyewear that fits their vision, lifestyle, and personal style, you'll understand the heart of what we do.

Who you are

You have experience in optical or luxury retail and feel comfortable guiding clients through a thoughtful and highly tailored selection process. You bring good taste, curiosity, and an easy rapport with people. Candidates who live in, or have a reliable and easy commute to, Toronto's west end are encouraged to apply, as this role involves consistent on-site work and a connection to the neighbourhood.

What you'll do

  • Work one-on-one with clients to help them choose frames that reflect their style and needs
  • Share your knowledge of independent eyewear, materials, craftsmanship, and lens options
  • Support a calm, welcoming, design-focused environment
  • Contribute to a small team where your experience and personality make a noticeable impact
