This role is central to promoting client well-being while maintaining the highest standards of care, safety, and professional practice within Wood's Homes programs. ResponsibilitiesDelivers direct treatment services to a caseload of children, youth, and families through family, individual, and group interventions and therapy.Conducts client assessments as assigned and prepares written reports in alignment with case management guidelines.Maintains accurate, timely documentation of clinical work in accordance with professional and case management standards.Provides clinical consultation to Wood's Homes programs and actively engages in ongoing skill and knowledge development.Supports staff development by delivering training sessions, supervising practicum students, and providing clinical training to community professionals as requested.Builds and sustains collaborative relationships with community resources on behalf of Wood's Homes clients and programs.Participates in research initiatives and other specialized projects as assigned.Ensures workplace safety by reporting hazards, unsafe or unhealthy conditions, and all incidents (including near misses, injuries, or equipment damage) to the direct supervisor.Performs additional duties as required to support program and organizational needs.QualificationsMasters or Ph.D. Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Family Nursing, Art Therapy, or a related field. Licensed in accordance with the Health Professions Act and provides services in accordance with professional standards, guidelines, and ethics.Current proof of professional registration may be required for certain diplomas or degrees.Have access to reliable transportation.Personal suitability Why choose us.
