This is a full-time 12-month term position located in Winnipeg, MB. This role will focus on optimizing performance, mitigating risk, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Day to DayProvide guidance and coaching to senior leaders and front-line managers in areas such as performance management, progressive discipline, salary administration, conflict resolution, career development, attendance management, and employee relations.Assist employees with navigating available resources, professional development opportunities, workplace challenges, and other employee support initiatives.Participate in HR related projects and initiatives, including policy and program development, communications, and training. Create and deliver presentations and actively participate in quarterly management meetings for assigned client group.Evaluate industry best practices and business trends to identify opportunities that will improve the company's competitive advantage. QualificationsPost-secondary education in Human Resources. Certified HR designation or working towards is an asset. Previous experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.Demonstrated progressive experience in a human resources role. Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft 365 Application Suite.Must be available to work on-site and have the ability to travel to other locations, if required.
