What you'll do:

• Manage complex mutual fund transactions
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of operations
• Collaborate with advisors and internal/external partners
• Maintain high standards to minimize financial impact

What we're looking for:

• Knowledge of financial products is an asset
• As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Team player, autonomous, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable with digital tools

The base salary for this position is between $42,500.00 minimum - $67,000.00 maximum annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
