We are looking for a dynamic salesperson with fresh ideas who is personable, friendly, and motivated. You must be able to learn quickly, follow process and generate results.
What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively listening to customers.
- Match the needs of a customer to an appropriate product.
- Assist customers with all aspects of purchasing or leasing a new vehicle.
- Educate the customer about vehicle features and technologies.
- Maintain a consistent after-sale relationship with customers.
- Be available to answer questions from customers once they've purchased a vehicle.
- Complete training and demonstrate industry leading product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and follow up with prospects by using our CRM tools.
- All other duties as assigned by Management.
What's Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Previous sales success would be considered an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and people skills.
How You Will Stand Out:
- Professional experience that demonstrates you can effectively work as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
