We are looking for a dynamic salesperson with fresh ideas who is personable, friendly, and motivated. You must be able to learn quickly, follow process and generate results.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide excellent customer service by effectively listening to customers.
  • Match the needs of a customer to an appropriate product.
  • Assist customers with all aspects of purchasing or leasing a new vehicle.
  • Educate the customer about vehicle features and technologies.
  • Maintain a consistent after-sale relationship with customers.
  • Be available to answer questions from customers once they've purchased a vehicle.
  • Complete training and demonstrate industry leading product knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and follow up with prospects by using our CRM tools.
  • All other duties as assigned by Management.

What's Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous sales success would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and people skills.

How You Will Stand Out:

  • Professional experience that demonstrates you can effectively work as part of a team.
  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
