Mobile App Specialist (LearnWorlds White-Label App)

Contract | Remote (Canada preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Mobile App Specialist to lead the customization, branding, configuration, and deployment of our brand LearnWorlds mobile app for both iOS and Android. The goal of this project is to deliver a fully branded, user-friendly, and compliant mobile learning experience aligned with our organization's standards.

Key responsibilities

A. Branding & UI/UX Design

  • Customize app visuals to align with our brand (logo, colour palette, splash screen, app icons, etc.).
  • Create or adapt design assets for App Store and Google Play listings.
  • Ensure consistent look and feel between web platform and mobile app.

B. App Configuration

  • Configure the LearnWorlds white-label environment, including course catalogue visibility, login experience, notifications, and in-app enrollment options.
  • Ensure functionality aligns with user workflow and platform goals.

C. Integration & Technical Setup

  • Work with LearnWorlds developer tools and APIs.
  • Set up and manage Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts.
  • Prepare and submit app builds and updates for app store approval.

D. Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Test app performance on both iOS and Android devices.
  • Troubleshoot UI, functionality, and performance issues.
  • Ensure accessibility and user-friendly navigation.

E. Launch & Maintenance

  • Prepare app descriptions, screenshots, and promotional assets for both stores.
  • Handle submission/review process from start to approval.
  • Provide a post-launch support and update plan.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience deploying mobile apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Experience with LearnWorlds or similar LMS platforms (e.g., Thinkific, Kajabi, Teachable).
  • Strong understanding of white-label app customization workflows.
  • Ability to work with Apple Developer Console and Google Play Console.
  • Graphic design skills for app UI branding.
  • Clear communication and documentation practices.

Deliverables

  • Fully branded LearnWorlds app published to both app stores.
  • Complete branding & store listing asset package.
  • Documentation of configuration and deployment settings.
  • Maintenance and update recommendations.
