Our client, a well-respected real estate group located near Yonge/Sheppard, is recruiting for a sharp, detail-oriented
Manager of Reporting & FP&A
. This is an outstanding opportunity for a CPA who enjoys executive-level reporting, FP&A work, dashboard building, and improving reporting processes across the business. You'll work closely with senior leadership and be a key voice in financial insights and performance management. The role will be roughly 50% reporting and 50% FP&A.

The Role

In this role, you will lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and clear, board-ready presentations. You'll support all budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles, while partnering closely with operations to refine performance insights and improve forecasting accuracy.

You will also play a major role in building better reporting solutions—designing dashboards, improving data models, and working with IT/ERP teams on process and systems improvements. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role ideal for someone who loves structure, accuracy, and improving how information flows across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and management reports.
  • Develop board-ready presentations and communicate key financial insights.
  • Maintain reporting calendars to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles.
  • Perform ad hoc modelling, scenario analysis, and trend analysis.
  • Partner with operations to improve forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Lead the design and rollout of enhanced reporting solutions and dashboards.
  • Work with ERP/IT teams to build scalable reporting architecture and improve data integrity.
  • Support ongoing optimization of the ERP.
  • Streamline reporting-related close processes and strengthen data governance.

Requirements

  • CPA required.
  • 3–6+ years of progressive reporting, FP&A, and/or management reporting experience.
  • Strong experience with executive and board-level packages.
  • Power BI experience is an asset.
  • Excellent Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and strong at managing competing priorities.
