PinPointe Social Club is launching a first-of-its-kind hospitality experience that blends social gaming with elevated dining.

By day, guests enjoy energetic gameplay centered around gamified darts, paired with refined casual fare. As night falls, the venue transitions into a bougie lounge environment featuring upscale small plates, curated cocktails, and a premium nightlife atmosphere.

We are searching for ambitious culinary professionals who bring skill, passion, and creativity to a concept built from the ground up.

Job Purpose

To prepare high-quality dishes with consistency, efficiency, and precision. Team members will follow production systems, maintain culinary standards, and support a collaborative, growth-oriented kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Mise en Place

  • Prepare ingredients for multiple stations.
  • Keep stations fully stocked, organized, and properly labeled.
  • Uphold standards for portioning, recipes, and plating.

Cooking and Execution

  • Cook menu items accurately according to recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure all food meets quality, temperature, and aesthetic standards.
  • Maintain an immaculately clean, sanitary workstation in accordance with AHS guidelines.
  • Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving culinary environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in upscale dining, chef-driven kitchens, or experiential hospitality venues.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Strong knife skills and sound cooking techniques.
  • Familiarity with modern plating, global flavors, and innovative culinary approaches.
  • A passion for elevating guest experiences and contributing to a unique brand identity.
