Quarry Labourer

Conrad Brothers Limited is looking for an upbeat and motivated Quarry Labourer/Crusher Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and passion for quality and pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate skid steer to clean and maintain areas around belts, pulleys, and crusher systems

· Assist with crusher operation and routine maintenance

· Clean up material spillage and maintain housekeeping around plant equipment

· Perform daily equipment checks and basic servicing

· Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Required Qualifications:

· Experience operating a skid steer (required)

· Ability to work in an outdoor industrial environment

· Strong work ethic and attention to safety

· Mechanical aptitude or experience (considered an asset)

Preferred Skills:

· Previous quarry, aggregate, or crushing plant experience

· Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
