The Nunavik Housing Bureau (NHB) provides comfortable, safe and affordable homes adapted to Inuit needs

safe communities.

FUNCTION & RESPONSABILITIES

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Procurement; the Warehouse Clerk must keep the warehouse

including the yard well stoked and in order. More specifically you will be preparing and shipping materials and

equipment that's needed by maintenance staff based on work orders to the different communities. Prepare the

keys as required by maintenance and construction projects. Keep the director informed of all activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Secondary V or pertinent experience in replacement of diploma
  • Two (2) years of experience in warehouse / manual work
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to work in two of the three languages of the region (Inuktitut, English or French)
  • Valid driver's license required or the obligation to take a driver's course when one is offered

SALARY / BENEFITS

NHB offers a competitive salary, northern benefits, and attractive working conditions. The salary for

this position ranges from $26.55 to $30.53 per hour, depending on the evaluation of related

experience.

Northern benefits include a cost-of-living allowance, food allowance, and annual leave trip (ALT). In

addition, NHB provides a pension plan with employer contributions and group insurance.
