This is your chance to tackle bold, complex challenges and deliver solutions that matter to communities and the environment.Your ImpactDesign and evaluate tailings storage facilities, waste rock dumps, and water management systems that prioritize safety and sustainabilityGuide geotechnical and hydrogeological investigations to inform critical project decisionsProvide strategic input on permitting, environmental planning, and risk management frameworksMentor and inspire junior and intermediate engineers to grow their expertiseOversee projects from concept through execution, collaborating with multidisciplinary teamsChampion innovative waste management strategies and sustainable practicesBuild strong client relationships and drive business development opportunitiesRepresent WSP in client engagements, regulatory discussions, and industry forumsThe Skills That Set You Apart10–15 years of experience in mine waste or geotechnical engineeringBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological EngineeringP.Eng. designation in CanadaExpertise in tailings dam design, closure planning, and risk-based decision-makingProven leadership in managing engineering teams and delivering complex projectsA passion for mentorship and advancing sustainable solutionsWhy Choose WSP? MB & ON: $123,300 – $169,800
