About the Role
Our client is looking for a
motivated and enthusiastic Inside/Outside Sales Representative
to join a growing Commercial Sales Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people, learning new skills, and building a long-term career in sales.
In this role, you'll connect with potential clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce and promote innovative commercial solutions, including:
- Energy Conservation Products
- Smart LED Lighting
- Solar Solutions
- Power Factor Correction
- Commodity Hedging
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients.
- Book qualified appointments for senior sales consultants.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and answer basic questions.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product information.
- Support the senior sales team with lead management and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized client data in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about company products, promotions, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with clients by phone or in person.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer and data entry skills (CRM training provided).
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
