The Business Inn & Suites is a 170 room all-suite hotel located in downtown Ottawa that is privately owned and operated.

We are looking for full-time housekeepers/room attendants who will work for us long-term.

The characteristics that we look for in our employees are: reliability, attention to detail, working well with others, strong work ethic, a positive attitude and being hospitable with guests.

Every week, you will be scheduled for 5 x 8 hour shifts, starting at 9am. Full weekly availability is preferred, as we are busiest on weekends. We are flexible with time-off requests.

We offer consistent hours, hourly pay growth over time, with bonuses and a free benefits package after 1 month of employment: we cover 80% of prescriptions up to $1,200. per year and 80% of dental/vision up to $1,200. per year, and a CAA membership with the option of both life and critical illness insurance.

You will be responsible for cleaning public spaces like hallways, stairwell, and in room housekeeping such as removing garbage, changing bed sheets, washing dishes, cleaning appliances, changing towels, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
