As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving customers, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
  • Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and menu changes.

Experience

  • Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices within the restaurant environment is beneficial.
  • A friendly demeanor with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
