Responsibilities

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment
  • Perform general site cleanup to maintain safety and organization
  • Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects or tasks
  • Operate basic tools and machinery as needed, following safety protocols
  • Transport materials within the facility or job site as directed
  • Follow safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not required
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions if working outdoors
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
