We provide discreet, efficient, and high-quality care, with a strong emphasis on patient experience, professionalism, and clinical excellence.
We are currently hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work weekday shifts in Town of Mount Royal and weekend daytime shifts in Town of Mount Royal and Downtown Montreal.
This role is ideal for a nurse who is clinically strong, detail-oriented, confident, and comfortable working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Key ResponsibilitiesTriage & Clinical Support
- Perform complete patient triage, including:
- Vital signs
- Detailed intake of medical information required by the physician
- Strong clinical judgment and prioritization
- Perform blood tests and ECGs
- Assist physicians with minor medical procedures
- Maintain accurate, organized, and complete medical documentation
- Manage and monitor medical inventory and supplies
- Ensure clinical rooms are prepared, clean, and compliant at all times
Sexual Health Education (Women & Men)
- Provide patient-centered care with a strong focus on sexual health education for women and men
- Educate patients clearly and professionally on sexual health–related topics
- Approach all interactions with empathy, discretion, and professionalism
- Create a safe, non-judgmental environment where patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and confidently with patients
- Extensive training will be provided — strong learning capacity and adaptability are essential
Profile We're Looking For / Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid Québec permit
(Must be a member of the OIIAQ)
- Valid CPR certification
- Fluently bilingual (French & English) – mandatory

- Proven experience with:
- Clinical triage
- Blood tests
- ECGs
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong clinical judgment and autonomy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Trustworthy, reliable, and professional
- Must be able to travel between Town of Mount Royal and Downtown Montreal

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'une infirmière auxiliaire à temps plein pour travailler en semaine à Ville Mont-Royal, ainsi que les fins de semaine de jour à Ville Mont-Royal et au centre-ville de Montréal.
Ce poste s'adresse à une personne solide sur le plan clinique, rigoureuse, confiante, et à l'aise de travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant avec une équipe multidisciplinaire.
Responsabilités principalesTriage et soutien clinique
- Effectuer le triage complet des patients, incluant :
- Prise des signes vitaux
- Collecte détaillée des informations cliniques requises pour le médecin
- Bon jugement clinique et capacité de priorisation
- Effectuer des prises de sang et des ECG
- Assister les médecins lors de procédures médicales mineures
- Assurer une documentation clinique précise, complète et bien organisée
- Gérer l'inventaire du matériel médical et assurer un suivi rigoureux
- Veiller à ce que les salles cliniques soient prêtes, propres et conformes en tout temps
Éducation en santé sexuelle (femmes et hommes)
- Offrir des soins centrés sur la patiente, avec un accent sur l'éducation en santé sexuelle pour les femmes et les hommes
- Informer et éduquer les patients de manière claire, professionnelle et respectueuse
- Approcher chaque interaction avec empathie, discrétion et professionnalisme
- Créer un environnement sécuritaire, confidentiel et sans jugement
- Communiquer avec calme, clarté et assurance
- Une formation complète sera offerte — une excellente capacité d'apprentissage et d'adaptation est essentielle
Profil recherché/ Qualifications requises
- Infirmière auxiliaire avec permis valide au Québec
(Membre en règle de l'OIIAQ)
- Certification RCR valide
- Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) – obligatoire

- Expérience démontrée en :
- Triage clinique
- Prises de sang
- ECG
- Excellent souci du détail et sens de l'organisation
- Très bon jugement clinique et autonomie
- Capacité à travailler seule et en équipe
- Personne fiable, professionnelle et digne de confiance
- Disponibilité pour se déplacer entre Ville Mont-Royal et le centre-ville de Montréal

Horaire
- Temps plein
- Quart de jour en semaine à Ville Mont-Royal
- Quart de jour les fins de semaine à Ville Mont-Royal et au centre-ville de Montréal
