Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, body waxing, relaxation and lymphatic massage, Laser Hair Removal, Face and Body Skin Tightening, Nail care services while delivering outstanding guest services. This role requires a passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and a commitment to sanitation and safety standards. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales, product demos, and upselling to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, face + body waxing, relaxing and lymphatic Massage, Laser hair removal, face and body skin tightening treatments
- Provide nail care services such as manicures and pedicures including shellac applications
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment
- Educate clients on skincare products and recommend suitable treatments or retail items through effective upselling
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about new or featured products
- Engage in retail sales by promoting product lines and enhancing the overall client experience
- Stay updated on current beauty trends, techniques, and industry best practices
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to enhance revenue opportunities
- Skilled in body waxing, eyebrows shaping , relaxation and lymphatic massage, Laser Hair Removal, nail care and hospitality services
- Attention to detail in performing treatments and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
