Penticton Nissan is looking for a motivated, hands-on, and energetic Apprentice Technician to join our fast-paced and supportive service team
Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support our technicians by assisting with vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs as assigned by the Service Advisor
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, ensuring every customer vehicle leaves the shop in top condition
- Keep the shop clean and organized, following directions from the shop foreman(s)
- Take care of general duties, including sweeping the shop floor, stocking supplies, organizing and putting away tires, and cleaning tools
- Locate, clean, and return tools to the proper place after use
- Use dealership computer systems to access repair orders, request parts, and document repair information accurately
- Stay current with the latest service bulletins, campaigns, and technical updates through ongoing training
- Perform repairs and services that meet dealership and manufacturer standards — passing all required quality checks and test drives
- Adapt to change quickly, remain open to new ideas, and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
- Help maintain the exterior of the dealership, including sweeping the lot and assisting with snow removal when needed
- Represent Penticton Nissan with a professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to quality work
- Take on other duties as assigned by the Department Manager
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous automotive experience is an asset
- Positive Attitude and willingness to listen and follow direction
- Basic tool knowledge would be necessary to begin
- Must have own tools
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work Saturdays
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
