Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an English Specialist. This role involves developing and delivering engaging English language content, supporting language learning initiatives, and assisting in creating a positive educational environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for language education, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse audiences.
Duties
- Develop and prepare instructional materials for English language courses, including lessons, exercises, and assessments.
- Deliver engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their language development.
- Support curriculum design and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching strategies.
- Assist with organizing language workshops, seminars, or extracurricular activities related to English learning.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program offerings and share best practices.
- Stay updated on current trends in language education and incorporate innovative techniques into teaching.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring English at various levels is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt content for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Passion for education and helping others succeed in language acquisition.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $17.25-$18.25 per hour
