Director, Property Claims – Commercial Damage Insurance

Our Property Claims Directors work tirelessly to support their teams and serve as the first point of contact for guidance and leadership. In addition to managing team members, they provide technical advice and coaching to ensure timely and effective service in claims investigations, file analysis, and settlements.

They monitor key performance indicators and ensure that every claim is handled thoroughly and efficiently. These leaders are passionate about team engagement and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

With strong analytical and communication skills, our Directors are strategic thinkers and effective communicators. As part of a collaborative leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to shape strategic initiatives that keep our claims operations at the forefront of evolving dispute resolution practices.

You excel in:

  • Critical thinking and investigative work

  • Patience, analytical depth, and solution-oriented approaches

  • Leadership that goes beyond management

You bring:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in commercial property and casualty claims handling

  • A post-secondary diploma from a three- or four-year program

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • CIP or FCIP designation (an asset)
