Certified PSWs who demonstrate compassion, critical thinking and a desire to provide our clients with the highest quality care possible, as well as but not limited to:Provide meaningful companionship and stimulation to clients with various conditionsAdvocate for clients' needs Monitor and report any changes to the client's conditionEnsure the privacy and dignity of clients while providing careAdminister medication, wound care, vital assessment, liaising with physicians Deliver thorough nursing care in adherence to the care plan, nursing assessments and client needs Create moments of joy for clients during your careRequired Qualifications:Must be lisenced and in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) Community home care experience is preferred Strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills are requiredRPNs with Dementia Care Education and Experience are preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Salary: $32.50
