Oracle Integration Cloud

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer/Consultant responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud, EPM Cloud, on-premise applications, and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in OIC Integrations, ICS, SOA adapters, REST/SOAP APIs, File-Based integrations, PCS (Process Automation), VBCS (Visual Builder), and Oracle ERP/EPM domain knowledge.

The role requires strong technical capability, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and IT.

Key Responsibilities1. Integration Design & Development

• Design and develop end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including:
• Application Integrations
• Scheduled Integrations
• File-based and event-based integrations
• REST/SOAP API-based integrations
• ERP Cloud adapters, EPM Cloud adapters, DB adapters, and File Server integrations
• Develop integration flows for ERP Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, HCM) and EPM Cloud (EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS).

2. Middleware Components & OIC Modules

• Build and maintain integrations using:
• Integration Cloud (IC)
• Process Cloud (PCS) – workflows, BPM, approvals
• Visual Builder (VBCS) – UI extensions and custom applications
• OIC File Server & Connectivity Agents
• Design and configure error handling, fault policies, message transformations, and orchestration patterns.

3. API Management & Connectivity

• Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs, including custom API services.
• Manage authentication, OAuth, certificates, key stores, and secure connectivity.
• Configure and monitor Oracle API Gateway and Web Services.

4. ERP & EPM Cloud Integrations

• Build integrations involving:
• Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM)
• Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS)
• Hybrid integrations between cloud and on-prem systems
• Design extract-based integrations using BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI.

5. Support, Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Monitor daily integration runs, scheduled flows, and error logs.
• Troubleshoot failures in integration flows, connections, data transformations, and API calls.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to resolve issues and implement improvement recommendations.

6. Documentation & Governance

• Create and maintain technical design documents (TDD), solution architecture, mapping sheets, test scripts, and runbooks.
• Ensure adherence to integration governance, naming standards, versioning, and deployment processes.
• Support code promotion and migration across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD.

7. Testing & Deployment

• Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and integration testing for all integrations.
• Validate data accuracy, performance, and error-handling scenarios.
• Manage deployment using deployment packages or migration utilities.

Required Skills & QualificationsExperience Requirements

• 8–10+ years of industry experience with 5–7 years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience building integrations with ERP Cloud (Fusion) or EPM Cloud is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with OIC components:
• Integrations
• PCS
• VBCS
• File Server
• Connectivity Agent
• Strong background in:
• XSLT, JSON, XML transformations
• Web services, API development, and middleware architecture
• FBDI/BI Publisher/OTBI reports for ERP integrations

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
• REST/SOAP Web Services
• OIC ERP Cloud adapter, EPM Cloud adapter, DB adapter, FTP adapter
• XQuery, XSLT, XPath, JavaScript (basic), HTML (for VBCS)
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion application structure, business objects, and metadata.
• Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) services is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5C 2C5
