Job Overview

We're currently looking for an experienced Senior Security Systems Technician who takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • DSC and Bosch intrusion systems
  • Keyscan and Kantech access control systems
  • ExacqVision and Axis video surveillance systems
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve system issues during service calls.
  • Manage assigned projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and system specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers and internal team members as required.
  • Maintain a professional presence on-site and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in security systems installation and service.
  • Strong working knowledge of DSC, Bosch, Keyscan, Kantech, ExacqVision, and Axis systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading projects, mentoring, or supporting junior technicians.
  • Familiarity with additional low-voltage systems (intercom, fire alarm, etc.) is considered an asset.
