What You Will Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes following BCBA and Senior Therapist guidance
• Support skill development and behavior reduction goals using individualized programming
• Collect and document data using AspireAutism's internal software
• Collaborate with the clinical team throughout the treatment process
• Maintain a safe and professional therapy environment in all client homes (all homes are pre-screened)

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of ABA therapy experience in Ontario
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Professional, friendly, and approachable with both families and colleagues
• Strong collaboration and documentation abilities
• Valid Ontario driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clear police background check

Availability:

• Evenings Monday to Friday and weekends are required.
• Daytime availability may be added once evening and weekend caseloads are full, with the option to build toward a full-time daytime schedule.

Total Hours:

Part-time starting at approximately 25 or more hours weekly, with the opportunity to increase.
