JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for qualified candidates to join a growing team with our global consulting client. You will join the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations practice, with a specialty in Finance. Your expertise as a Senior Consultant or Manager will allow you to design solutions that are usable, scalable, fit-for-purpose, and maintainable. Your experience in implementing Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance modules as an implementation consultant and manager through the entire journey of Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support is essential. Qualified candidates can be located across Canada and should be enthusiastic about joining our client for long-term career growth and development.

Day to Day

  • Understand clients' business requirements and work with both functional and technical consultants to design solutions that address these requirements.
  • Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster process improvement and delivery of D365 Finance implementations.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise and current knowledge of all features of the Dynamics 365 platform and the Azure stack capabilities.
  • Work with near shore and offshore teams and delivery centers.
  • Lead and support sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
  • Act as a thought leader and solution advisor within the organization for D365 Finance-related advice.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years' experience in a professional consulting environment with D365 ERP implementation as your focus.
  • 7+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a hands-on functional role implementing Finance modules and associated sub-modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Budgeting, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, etc.
  • At least 3 full lifecycle ERP implementations in a Manager or Implementation Consultant role.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams, including mentoring and developing team members.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to support with writing user stories and leading client workshops.
  • Willingness to travel within North America (Canada & US) and globally as required.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Functional experience with D365 F&O, Project Management Accounting/Project Accounting module.
