What you'll do

  • Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases while ensuring high performance and responsiveness
  • Utilize version control systems like GitHub for efficient code management and collaboration
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality of applications
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies

Basic qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python programming language
  • Experience with web development frameworks such as Ruby on Rails or React Express
  • Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or SQL
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and cloud services like AWS or Azure

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java, C#, C++, or VBA
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development best practices
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems for application deployment and management
  • Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) principles in application security
