As a Claims Manager, Field Operations you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. Our Claims Manager, Field Operations leads and mentors the Claims staff ensuring the effective operation of the department and the highest level of customer service.

Our Claims Managers, Field Operations are open-minded, understanding, and passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our clients and delivering excellent customer service. They also see the importance of developing their team and providing training and mentorship opportunities for their career development.

We want your talent

If you are great at:

  • Managing workflow and assigning claims
  • Training and development of a team of Adjusters
  • Critical Thinking and Investigating
  • Leading others, not just as a manager
  • Creating and updating processes to ensure the best possible customer service

You have:

  • Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
  • Completed or working towards the CIP designation
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the property and casualty industry
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of claims leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Claims Adjusting process
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
