Do you want to help make Alexa smarter for our users and earn the trust from our customer? How about providing a framework to enable Alexa teams to efficiently develop applications that utilizes Alexa customer interaction data and to provide a scalable, secure runtime ecosystem for these applications to access that Red data? As Alexa's customer secure data modeling service team in the Alexa Connected Devices org, our team is dedicated to ensuring the secure and compliant egress of Alexa customer's data to make Alexa models better. Our mission is to provide specialized tools and processes that enable users to access and compute on RED data while maintaining strict adherence to security, regulatory, and customer promise requirements. We also design and manage isolated sandboxed environments, allowing users to perform compute functions on data without compromising security. Data Governance/Linkage capability will allow us to oversee data tracking, detectability, and compliance processes, ensuring that all data access and compute activities are meticulously monitored and recorded. We also provide the capabilities to facilitate the integration and linkage of RED data with other relevant datasets, enabling comprehensive analysis and insights, and we will lead the development and implementation of tools and processes for effective debugging of data access and compute workflows, ensuring quick issue resolution and maintaining data integrity. Finally, we provides end-to-end modeling services to enhance the precision and accuracy of Alexa+ models throughout their development lifecycle. These services include data preparation, supervised fine-tuning, and post-training experiments in a trusted execution environment. By leveraging real customer data within this secure compute environment, scientists can improve Alexa+ model performance in areas such as personalized recommendations and conversation context, all while adhering to Alexa+ 2.0 privacy requirements.
