Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring comfort and satisfaction. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treatment planning, and performing a wide range of dental procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments using medical terminology and diagnostic tools.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Perform various dental procedures such as restorations, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic treatments.
  • Utilize dental software Dentrix for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and follow-up care.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and infection control standards.

Experience

  • Valid state license to practice dentistry.
  • Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in using dental management software such as Dentrix desirable.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $240,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
