We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Pizza Maker to join our dynamic team for CLOSING/NIGHT shift. As a vital part of Papa Johns, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. This position requires a blend of customer service skills, food preparation expertise, and teamwork to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Part-time & full-time positions are currently open.

Some experience preferred-we'll train you on everything you need to know

Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality products and services to our customers (and make sure they meet Papa John's standards).
  • Make pizzas

Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Handle food safely and adhere to all health and safety regulations during food service.
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and lobby area to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any issues that may arise during service.
  • Manage time effectively to fulfill multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.

Requirements

  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Experience in food preparation and handling is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Previous experience in customer service or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operational needs.
