Marvell is the leader in data movement interconnects between and inside data centers. We move big data fast, around the globe, with high quality and reliability. We offer semiconductor components and optical subsystems to our networking original equipment manufacture (OEM), optical module, cloud and telecom service provider customers.What You Can Expect
• Work with the Packages designs and EDAs (HFSS, ADS) used in industry.
• Work with the design constraint and trade-off to be considered in industry.
• Best in-class package designs / measurements instruments / high-speed interconnect
What We're Looking For
• Student in Master or Ph.D preferred degree program
• Understanding of one of the following:
• Semiconductor packaging/integration technology such as signal/power integrity, mechanical and assembly process.
• Familiar with lab measurements using VNA and calibration kit.
• Familiar using Python for tests script.
• Familiar with Cadence tools such as APD or PCB Editor
• Ability to present the data and ideas to a diverse audience.
