What does a typical day look like at Mr Lube Eversyde?

Focusing on the customer You will create a great customer experience from the time they enter our shop, to discussing our products and services, to completing all services within the sale. You will be fully trained by way of our Customer first, Mr Lube comprehensive training program.

We are seeking experienced Lower Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, be able to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems as well as learn new skills that help us create and provide a friendly work environment that allows room for growth. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently and will have the ability to communicate effectively with customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and has a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Tire & Lube Technician – Job Duties

  • Perform requested automotive services on customer vehicles as instructed, including oil changes, tire services, and basic maintenance tasks
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately report findings to the supervising technician or manager
  • Perform routine service checks on fluids, filters, tires, and complete courtesy inspections of the overall vehicle
  • Identify and communicate vehicle maintenance needs to assist in recommending appropriate products and services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive, respectful, and efficient work environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service bays, front counters, and customer waiting areas
