Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments. This position requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems and applicant tracking tools. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Utilize HR sourcing tools such as Workday, iCIMS, Salesforce, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, and PeopleSoft to track applicant data and streamline recruitment workflows.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Negotiate employment terms with candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Engage in research to identify new sourcing channels and innovative recruitment techniques.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources sourcing, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent interviewing capabilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) including Lever and other recruitment software tools like Salesforce or Workday.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices across various industries.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with hiring teams.
- Ability to research market trends and generate leads for potential candidates through cold calling or outreach efforts.
