What You'll Do

  • Create inviting, play-based learning environments aligned with emergent curriculum and the interests of the children
  • Observe, document, and reflect on children's learning using tools such as Storypark
  • Build nurturing relationships with children and their families, supporting emotional, social, and cognitive growth
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment in accordance with Alberta Child Care Licensing standards
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of educators, Studio Managers, and leadership

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for early childhood education and a belief in the capabilities of every child
  • Alberta Child Care Certification (Level 3)
  • First Aid in Child Care or willingness to obtain
  • Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and observational skills
  • An openness to continuous learning, reflective practice, and Reggio-inspired teaching

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$29.00 per hour
