Wa Skew'R SUSHI & BAR is a small business in Kelowna, BC V1X 6A8. We are professional, agile, fun, and our goal is to make the place that customer can be relaxed and enjoy our food and drink with everybody. Our restaurant name "WA" is simple but a lot of meanings into it. 和(Wa) means relax, peaceful, harmony and Japanese-style in Japanese. 輪(Wa) means circle in Japanese. That is why we named WA as our restaurant.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous serving experience, a passion for strong customer service skills. A successful candidate will be able to multi-task effectively and provide excellent customer service. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, organized, and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take orders.
  • Mix drinks according to recipes and customer specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar and dine-in area and equipment.
  • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
  • Ensure that all customers are served in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
