Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Coordinator based in Langley, BC, with opportunities to work from home. The Project Coordinator will manage and oversee various aspects of project planning and execution. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, monitoring timelines, communicating with stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring project tasks are completed on time. The role also includes maintaining documentation, addressing issues that arise, and supporting teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and task prioritization
  • Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork
  • Experience with document management and reporting
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with industrial or construction project processes and safety regulations is a plus
  • Strong computer skills in project management software and standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Diploma or degree in project management, construction management, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work in an adaptive hybrid work environment with both in-office and remote tasks
