Production Planner

Job
Description:

1. Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and
monthly production schedules.

2. Review customer orders and forecast
requirements to effectively plan production capacity.

3. Ensure all materials, components, and supplies
are available on time.

4. Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules
as necessary to address delays or changes.

5. Optimize production flow to reduce bottlenecks
and improve overall efficiency.

6.Communicate production plans and any schedule
changes to supervisors and relevan departments.

7.Track inventory levels and collaborate with
Warehouse teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.

8. Prepare production reports and performance
metrics for management review.

9.Support continuous improvement initiatives to
enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

10. Ensure
compliance with safety, quality, and company standards at all times.

11.Preparing
various SAP reports related to material inventory.

12. Operating
material handling equipment and assisting with loading and unloading of
trucks.

13. Perform
other duties as assigned by the supervisor or their designate.

Job
Qualifications:

1. High school or diploma

2.Three years of SAP experience or a
Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain Management with SAP specialization.

3. Strong administration skills

4. Experience in supply chain management and
logistics area

5. Good communication and networking skills as
well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Clean, accurate and safe handling of materials

7. Structured way of working

8. Ability to work in a team
