General Commitments -

  • This role is working outdoors during daytime hours in winter conditions. No overnight shifts.
  • Helping GreenCo's commercial clients with support at their facilities during the week + other duties as assigned
  • The selected applicant must be able to commit to being on-call and available for snowfall responses every second weekend
  • Dress Code - The selected applicant is expected to always be dressed in professional, appropriate winter clothing at all times. Darker colours are also encouraged. Sweatpants are not permitted.
  • Other duties as assigned and trained, such as litter pickup, etc

Estimated Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday - 6am to 1pm
  • Every Other Weekend - On-Call for snowfall responses

  • Hard working with a can-do attitude
  • Solutions oriented, focussed on the getting the job done
  • Polite, kind and enjoyable to work with
  • Must be able to be trusted to work alone at times
  • Must speak and write fluent english

Estimated Wages:

Depending on experience and performance, wages are likely to start at $18-20/hr with regular raises up to $23/hr+ based on clearly defined performance standards within the first year.
