In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass components. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with power and hand tools, ensuring high-quality service to our customers.

Duties

• Perform installation and replacement of automotive glass, including windshields, windows, and mirrors.
• Assess damage to glass components and determine the appropriate repair or replacement method.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
• Communicate with customers regarding services performed and provide recommendations as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing all tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive glass repair is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to automotive glass installation.
• Not afraid of technology advancements - ADAS and Cameras
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• A valid driver's license is required for this position.
