- Respond to break/fix issues and drive root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee environment governance, DLP policies, API usage, throttling limits, and security configurations.
- Manage solution lifecycle management (Dev/Test/Prod) using ALM best practices.
- Review maker-built assets to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and prevent technical debt.
- Perform performance tuning on apps/flows and remediate impacts from system updates or platform changes.
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and platform alignment with enterprise security policies.
Minor Enhancements & Platform Improvements (Secondary)
- Deliver small-to-medium enhancements on existing Power Platform solutions.
- Build or refine reusable components, automation patterns, and standard templates.
- Enhance data models and minor UX improvements in Canvas & Model-Driven Apps.
- Introduce small new features, integrations, connectors, or flow improvements based on user needs.
- Evaluate emerging Power Platform capabilities and recommend incremental improvements.
- Apply continuous improvement practices to reduce incidents and increase platform stability.
Thought Leadership & Governance
- Provide technical leadership to makers and citizen developers across the organization.
- Define and enforce platform governance, design standards, and best practices.
- Support adoption of enterprise architecture patterns and reusable frameworks.
- Conduct regular platform reviews, audits, and optimization sessions.
- Lead workshops, training, and community-of-practice sessions to improve maker maturity.
- Stay current with Microsoft roadmap and guide stakeholders on long-term platform strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform at enterprise scale.
- Deep expertise across Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, and connectors.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot production applications, automations, connectors, and data issues.
- Hands-on experience with ALM, managed/unmanaged solutions, pipelines, and DevOps processes.
- Knowledge of Dataverse data modeling, environment management, security roles, and DLP governance.
- Experience with AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents in production environments a plus.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, system monitoring, and operational stability.
- Ability to guide non-technical makers and enforce design/architecture standards.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with both business and IT stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications(Preferable)
- Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-600, PL-200, PL-900.
- Experience implementing the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.
- Familiarity with Azure services (APIM, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
