Guest Service Representative

The Job

Our Guest Service Representatives are an important member of our front desk team. They pay a key role in shaping every guest's stay from before they arrive until they check-out. You'll be empowered to turn a regular stay into an extraordinary one by anticipating their needs before they check-in, fulfilling their requests promptly and delivering personalized, professional service so they feel valued and cared for.

What You'll Do

• Warmly greet guests as they arrive, making each feel personally welcomed
• Manage the entire check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately
• Anticipate opportunities to surprise and delight guests, turning routine moments into memorable experiences
• Collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure every detail enhances guest satisfaction
• Handle inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism, always aiming to leave guests feeling valued and cared for
• Assist with guest requests for local recommendations, events, or transportation, acting as a knowledgeable concierge resource
