Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the
product
vision and multi-year roadmap for secured lending
product
sLead market research, business case development, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis
Translate business needs into clear requirements and work closely with technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams
Drive digital transformation and cross-channel (branch + online/mobile) enhancements
Own go-to-market planning, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch performance tracking
Support merger-related
product
integration and rationalization initiatives
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years
of
product
management experience in
financial services / consumer bankingProven ownership of
lending
product
s
(mortgages, HELOC, personal loans, or lines of credit)End-to-end
product
lifecycle experience - from strategy and roadmap to launch and optimizationHands-on with
product
pricing
, profitability modeling, and performance analyticsDemonstrated success improving
direct-to-consumer lending experiences
across digital and branch channelsStrong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-engagement environment
Nice to Have:
Bilingual English/French (highly valued for Montreal)
Secured lending experience at a Schedule I Canadian bank
Merger/integration exposure
Long-term aspiration to move into Director-level role within 12-24 months
