Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the

     vision and multi-year roadmap for secured lending

  • Lead market research, business case development, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and work closely with technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams

  • Drive digital transformation and cross-channel (branch + online/mobile) enhancements

  • Own go-to-market planning, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch performance tracking

  • Support merger-related 
    product
     integration and rationalization initiatives

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years
     of 
    product
     management experience in 
    financial services / consumer banking

  • Proven ownership of 
    lending 
    product
    s
     (mortgages, HELOC, personal loans, or lines of credit)

  • End-to-end 
    product
     lifecycle experience - from strategy and roadmap to launch and optimization

  • Hands-on with 
    product
     pricing
    , profitability modeling, and performance analytics

  • Demonstrated success improving 
    direct-to-consumer lending experiences
     across digital and branch channels

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-engagement environment

Nice to Have:

  • Bilingual English/French (highly valued for Montreal)

  • Secured lending experience at a Schedule I Canadian bank

  • Merger/integration exposure

  • Long-term aspiration to move into Director-level role within 12-24 months
