Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marine & Powersports Technician to join our growing service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of marine and recreational equipment, including boats, outboards, ATVs and snowmobiles.

Key Responsibilities

-Diagnose, repair, and maintain marine engines, snowmobiles, and ATVs

-Perform new unit setup, rigging, and pre-delivery inspections

-conduct routine maintenance and seasonal servicing

-Maintain detailed records of all work performed

-Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment

-Communicate effectively with the service advisor and other team members

Qualifications

-Proven mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic skills

-Experience in marine, powersports or small engine repair (preferred)

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

-Valid driver's license

-Formal technical training or certification is an asset, but not required
